The ASRock H370 Performance has a fairly decent BIOS with a standard layout in advanced mode and a good set of options in the aptly-named "Easy Mode". There are no BCLK-tuning options here, although things like CPU voltage and VCCSA and VCCIO voltage options are possible, but the chipset does limit overclocking capabilities, so the maximum memory divider you can select is 2666 MHz. Those limits make for a BIOS that has more options than anyone should ever need, no question about that.
It is also worth noting that the board's support page does contain a BIOS that claims support for 8-core CPUs... something you won't find on store shelves just yet. A full set of images of the BIOS options is below:
