Grand Theft Auto V
Grand Theft Auto V was run with FXAA, MSAA, long shadows, high-resolution shadows, and high detail streaming with flying disabled. Extended distance scaling and extended shadows distance were set to a third on the sliders.
Fallout 4
Fallout 4 was run at medium settings (selected in the launcher).
