The ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming ITX/TB3 uses an Intersil ISL69269 PWM controller, which can drive a total of twelve distinct phases.


The ASRock Z490 Phantom Gaming ITX/TB3 uses top of the line Intersil ISL99390 power stages for the Vcore. These power stages support a maximum of 90 A of continuous current each and feature both overcurrent and overtemperature protection. For the SOC phases, ASRock is using 60 A Intersil ISL99227 power stages.
