The ASRock Phantom Gaming Tuning is exactly what its name implies. It is software that allows CPU settings to be changed inside Windows instead of the BIOS. However, it is missing half of what makes this software useful. Without the ability to set the CPU multipliers, it becomes a bit of a worthless application outside of controlling the system case fans.
ASRock Polychrome Sync should be installed if one wants control over the RGB lighting. There are open-source alternatives, but those are not ASRock-branded and may not work as intended.
