Fan control on the ASUS ROG Maximus XII Extreme can be accessed in the BIOS or through AI Suite 3 in Windows.
The ASUS ROG Maximus XII Extreme has no less than 14 fan headers; seven along the top of the board, one along the right side, and six more across the bottom-right edge.
The included Fan Extension Card II offers an additional six fan headers, along with three RGB headers and three thermistor headers.
