Introduction

ASUS Logo

ASUS is a Taiwan-based computer hardware and electronics company founded in 1989. The ROG Strix Impact II is the continuation of the Strix Impact series, which originated with the Sica in 2015. While still an ambidextrous mouse, the shape has received some refinements compared to the Strix Impact/Sica. Additionally, the Strix Impact II is now equipped with PixArt's PAW3327 sensor capable of up to 6200 CPI. Just like the Strix Impact/Sica, the Strix Impact II comes with the option to install new main switches without having to solder them in (hot-swap switches), extending the lifespan of the mouse. Finally, the weight has been lowered too, and the RGB lighting is now compatible with ASUS AuraSync.
