Packaging

Along with the mouse itself, one finds a quick start guide as well as a warranty guide in the box.

Weight

My scale shows around 79 g (+/- 1 g) with a bit of cable, which is exactly the same as indicated by ASUS. A very decent weight.

Cable

The Strix Impact II features a standard rubber cable. Flexibility is average at best, so using a mouse bungee is recommended. The length is 2 m (measured). The cable has a gold-plated USB connector.

Feet

The feet on the Strix Impact II are standard black-dyed PTFE (Teflon) feet. They glide very well and are of above average thickness. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stays consistent upon applying vertical pressure.
