Packaging

Along with the mouse itself, one finds a carry pouch, quick start guide, and warranty guide in the box.

Weight

My scale shows around 59 g (+/- 1 g), which is exactly in line with the weight cited by ASUS. Despite being larger than its predecessor, retaining the hot-swap capability, and too having a solid shell, the ROG Strix Impact III weighs 20 g less than its predecessor, which is respectable, and measures up very well to its competition, too. A very good weight.

Cable

The ROG Strix Impact III comes with a paracord-like, braided cable. In terms of flexibility, this one is virtually identical to the charging or other cables of recent ROG mouse releases, and is on par with the likes of Endgame Gear XM1r or HyperX Pulsefire Haste. The cable has a measured length of 2 m.

Feet

The feet on the ROG Strix Impact III are pure PTFE (Teflon) feet with slightly rounded edges. They are of average thickness and glide very well. The ring around the sensor ensures CPI stays consistent upon applying vertical pressure.
