The latest installment in the smash-hit Assassin's Creed franchise, Syndicate is set in 19th century London, where Assassins infiltrate the city's underworld to take the city back from Templar control. Based on Ubisoft's proven AnvilNext Engine, which powered several of its predecessors in the franchise, the game takes advantage of DirectX 11 and is heavily taxing (and rewarding) on modern hardware.
