Packaging

The package of the ZenBeam Latte L1 is quite understated with an all-gray look and branding on front. On the rear panel, you will find the core properties of the projector, and that is pretty much it.

Opening the package, there is another box inside, alongside a circular tube which houses the unit itself.

You get a really compact and fairly lightweight PSU with the ZenBeam Latte L1. It is rated for 36 watts and 3 amps at 12 volts output. With such a power requirement, ASUS could have gone for USB-C power, but the classic brick works just fine as well.

The included remote feels fine and utilizes two AAA batteries. As you can see at the tip, it utilizes IR to send button presses to the ZenBeam Latte L1, which will require line of sight to function. This is rather unfortunate as Bluetooth is readily available for remotes and the device itself.

You will also find an HDMI cable, batteries for the remote, and a sling for the carrying pouch within, which nicely rounds out the accessories included with the unit. A basic manual also runs you through how to use the ZenBeam Latte L1's specific features.

ASUS actually packages the projector within its bag, which may be zipped open in a stylish fashion to review the unit within. The fact that the unit comes with such an additional accessory is great, but it provides no way to include the PSU or remote, unfortunately.
