Assembly
Adding a motherboard is done with the use of spacers and screws. One of these spacers is actually a pin, which had the board fall into place nicely. As expected, there is plenty of space above and in front of the board.
Adding an SSD to the case is quite simple, but does require a screwdriver. Simply take off the metal tray of your choice, screw the drive down, and put it back into place to then use the thumb screw to pin the entire contraption down.
The 3.5" trays are made out of plastic, which means you can flex them apart and slip a drive in without it requiring any tools. The drive is mounted with its underside facing outward, which is simply due to the fact that the mounting holes need to be at the top edge of the tray so that one can flex the unit far enough apart. The plastic trays also come with 2.5" mounting holes, but you had better find additional screws if you want to fill all of the trays with SSDs, for example.
Installing the PSU is pretty standard. Simply slide it in, screw it down, and connect the leads. There is plenty of room for big units, so you are free to fill the chassis with some high-end components.
With everything installed, the system looks quite clean for the most part. If I have one grievance, it is that audio cable which is visible alongside the bottom of the motherboard tray. The backside, on the other hand, is super clean because of the metal cover.
Finished Looks
To close the case, put the doors back and swing them closed. Once the system is turned on, the whisper quiet fans really show the advantages of having retail-grade units within a chassis. A white power LED lights up underneath the power button to let you know the system is up and running.
Looking at the sides and the rear, you can't really see too much through the windows due to the heavy tint. While this is fine for the side of the motherboard tray, I would have loved to see a lighter hue on the main panel.
