A big thank you to DeepCool for supplying the review sample.
DeepCool has been around since 1996. Since their formation, they have grown to become an industry heavyweight. The company's focus on the PC enthusiast DIY market means they offer a plethora of cases, power supplies, heatsinks, fans, and all-in-one liquid coolers. The company continues to stand out in these cutthroat markets, where they not only simply exist but continue to gain prominence with solid designs and awards for compelling products. As such, unsurprisingly, they have enjoyed continued popularity and become a trusted brand in many markets around the globe.
Having previously reviewed DeepCool's AS500, it will be interesting to see how the new AS500 Plus performs with its inclusion of a second 140 mm fan. In terms of the design, it is essentially identical to the AS500 and rather similar to the Gamer Storm Assassin III, but with one less cooling tower, among other changes. Regardless, the cooler is a five-heatpipe tower cooler that offers ARGB lighting via an attractive top-plate design and dual 140 mm fans for maximum performance. The only real difference is the white coating, which made this particular cooler a challenge to photograph.
