Finished Looks

The Deepcool GAMMAXX GT is a good-looking cooler even without the RGB LEDs. Featuring a nice, clean, and simple design, the top plate and heatpipe caps keep things looking a bit more professional.

It supports dual fans for those wanting a bit more performance; however, getting a second matching RGB LED fan might be a bit difficult.

While the memory does touch the fan on the heatsink, it did fit without putting any stress on the memory, as such memory clearance is tentatively perfect even though a really close call. There is also more than enough space for video cards on even Mini-ITX systems. It, as such, offers pretty good clearance all around; however, other offerings, like the CRYORIG H7 Quad Lumi, are a bit better in terms of clearance.

The Deepcool GAMMAXX GT can be controlled via motherboard-built-in RGB controls or the included controller. If your motherboard does not support RGB lighting, you will need to use the clunky in-line controls. While they work just fine, it means that you will have to run it outside the case or open your system up each time you change the color. This is not a big deal, however, as most users tend to pick a color they stick to as part of an overall theme.
