Shape

No changes have been made to the shape of the XM2we. With the wide back and rear-positioned hump giving the back of the palm ample space to rest on, it continues to be a quintessential claw-grip shape. The front sits very low, and although a fairly wide design overall, the middle area is notably narrower than the front and back, especially towards the base. The curvature of the sides is highly reminiscent of the SteelSeries Sensei, which comes as no surprise as the shapes of the Sensei and XM2we share the same designer. Much like the Sensei, the XM2we lacks any aggressive curves that would otherwise restrict finger placement.

As for grip styles, I'd say the XM2we is mostly suited for claw grip. It is a medium-sized mouse with a fairly pronounced hump, which should make it suitable for most hand sizes. For reference, my hands are 19 cm long and 10 cm wide, and I found the XM2we very comfortable in claw grip.

Dimensions

This table includes the dimensions of the Endgame Gear XM2we and several other ambidextrous mice. "Front height" denotes the distance between the base and main buttons. Measurements with two decimals have been taken with a caliper, while those with one decimal have been taken with a ruler.
