A big thank you to Enermax for supplying the review sample.

Enermax formed in 1990, and has come a long way since their humble beginnings. Their commitment to delivering top-quality products has resulted in the company boasting a diverse portfolio that includes cases, coolers, and fans as well as power supplies and beyond. This extensive range has firmly established Enermax as a recognizable brand in the industry. However, it was their exceptional success with power supplies—exemplified by series like Revolution85+, Galaxy EVO, MAXREVO, and Platimax—that truly catapulted them to prominence.

In today's review, I take a look at the Enermax LIQMAXFLO 360 mm all-in-one liquid cooler. Not to be confused with the SR versions, the LIQMAXFLO 360 tested today utilizes a 38 mm thick 360 mm radiator, compared to the more typical 27 mm thick offerings in competing AIOs. Add in a 60 mm VRM fan, daisy-chainable fans, ARGB lighting, along with a five-year warranty, and you have me interested. Top all that off with the ability to refill the unit along with an included maintenance kit with a PSU jumper, and now you have my attention.

Packaging

Enermax sticks with their black and red packaging design for the LIQMAXFLO 360. On the front you have a full color image showing the cooler's ARGB lighting with a badge denoting support for Intel Socket LGA1700 and AMD Socket AM5. The left side has detailed dimensions of the cooler including total thickness of the radiator and fans (64.8 mm), with mechanical drawings for reference. Taking a look at the back you will find the units fan and pump specifications, along with tubing length which is listed as 400 mm. Full color images are used to show off various features as well.

The right side is a simple black panel with the Enermax logo. Meanwhile, the top has a simple description in various languages noting that this is a liquid cooler with high performance fans, a ceramic bearing pump, and some other details. Finally, much like the right side, the bottom of the box has the Enermax name and logo but this time on a red panel.

Contents

The internal packaging is par the course, with Enermax sticking with the typical cardboard tray that provides the bulk of support and protection along with a foam sheet that sits on top. While I would prefer to see a bit more foam or protection in general its passable.

The cooler supports most mainstream sockets from AMD and Intel, including AM4 and AM5 of the former and LGA115x, LGA1200, and LGA1700 of the latter. It also directly lists support for older Intel LGA 20XX sockets as well. Beyond that you get all the parts needed to install the cooler as expected, but more importantly Enermax includes what they consider a maintenance kit that features a PSU jumper and 100ml bottle of coolant, so you can top off the unit if needed, to extend its service life. I am also happy to see an installation manual included. Sure it's not a make-or-break inclusion, but it's still nice to see with so many brands opting to just slap a QR code on the box and call it a day.
