Packaging

Fractal Design ships the Arc Mini R2 in the same plain cardboard package as all of their cases. The front holds an image of the chassis along with its name, while the back features a blow-up diagram as well as some selling points in multiple languages. Both sides of the box have openings to make carrying it around easier, but you will also find another image and the specs here.


Two Styrofoam spacers hold the chassis in place, while a plastic bag protects the chassis from scratches and fingerprints, so you should get your Arc Mini R2 in pristine condition.

You will receive a small number of zip ties, all black screws, golden motherboard stand-offs, a separate bag of extra-long hard-drive screws and a manual with the Fractal Define Arc Mini R2. An adequate set of extras for a chassis of this price range, I would have still loved to see a 5.25" to 3.5" frame.
