The fan speed profile is aggressive at high temperatures, which is as expected considering the PSU's small dimensions and high power output.
Noise and Fan Speed (~30 °C)
Under normal operating temperatures, the fan-speed profile doesn't relax, and as you can see in the graphs below, the passive operation is too short. FSP has to do something about this terrible fan-speed profile.
