The Power Supply
The VITA GM 850 W at least by today's standards is a fairly compact unit. Its dimensions do not exceed the standard ATX specification, so there will be no problems fitting it into almost any ATX case. Yet at 1.55 kg it also has some weight to it.
Aesthetically the power supply does not have many differentiating features. It is finished in matte black, includes the power output specification sticker on the back, some indentations on the side and a built-in hexagonal fan grille, which, while providing good airflow, almost makes the 120 mm fan look smaller.
At the back of the PSU we have just the socket for the C13 AC cable as well as the on/off switch. No hybrid fan mode button here as the PSU does not have this functionality, with the fan always spinning in operation (albeit, the speed is controlled depending on the load). On the opposite side we find the sockets for the modular cables. There's precisely as many sockets as there are cables included.
