Overclocking

To find the maximum overclock of our card we used a combination of GPUTool and our benchmarking suite.
The overclocks listed here were achieved with the default fan and voltage settings as defined in the VGA BIOS. Please note that every single sample overclocks differently, that's why our results here can only serve as a guideline for what you can expect from your card.

The overclocks of our card are 925 MHz core (19% overclock) and 1175 MHz Memory (12% overclock). Overclocking works reasonably well, even though I would have expected a bit more from such a cool-running, low-power 40 nm GPU. It also seems that the card does not like certain core / memory clock combinations which results in a crash with some vertical lines on the screen, this seems to be a BIOS bug.

Overclocked Performance

Using these clock frequencies we ran a quick test of Call of Duty 4 to evaluate the gains from overclocking.

The actual 3D performance gained from overclocking is 14.4%.

Temperatures

Temperatures are low thanks to the Arctic Cooling solution and the excellent fan settings in the BIOS. I can't imagine anything better than this implementation - well, other than a fan less card.
