Efficiency is Bronze and the unit is equipped with all popular and essential protection features but OTP (Over Temperature Protection)—a, in our opinion, very crucial protection feature. The GreeMe-750 isn't modular but Haswell ready because of the DC-DC converters it utilizes to generate the minor rails.
Cooling is handled by a 120 mm fan. Its double ball-bearings ensure a long lifespan but aren't as quiet as sleeve bearings, though they last much longer. At three years, the warranty is long enough for the PSU's category, and the price looks high considering its features.

Four 12V rails equip the PSU. Their combined power is unfortunately much lower than the total capacity of the PSU, which is strange if we take into account that the minor rails are generated by DC-DC converters which are fed by the +12V rail. The latter rail should, normally, deliver the maximum capacity of the unit alone. The 5VSB rail is, on the other hand, strong enough with 3 A maximum current output.
Cables & Connectors, Power Distribution
Native Cables |
---|
ATX connector (500mm) | 20+4 pin |
---|
4+4 pin EPS12V (500mm) | 1 |
---|
6+2 pin PCIe (500mm) | 2 |
---|
SATA (500mm+150mm+150mm) | 6 |
---|
4 pin Molex (500mm+150mm+150mm) / FDD (+150mm) | 3 / 1 |
---|
In Win made a major mistake here. They equipped the unit with two PCIe connectors only, rendering its capacity almost useless since its other connectors won't need all the power it can deliver. Lower capacity units with 500 W are equipped with two PCIe connectors, not 750 W ones. In Win should look into this and add two additional PCIe connectors in their next revision, which would allow this PSU to exploit its full capacity. All cables are also short, especially the main ATX and EPS ones. A couple more SATA and peripheral connectors would be very welcome. All connectors use 18AWG wires, which the ATX spec sets as the minimum gauge size.
Power Distribution |
---|
12V1 | ATX, Peripheral, SATA |
---|
12V2 | EPS |
---|
12V3 | PCIe1 |
---|
12V4 | PCIe2 |
---|
Power distribution is good because only the EPS connector is on 12V2 and the PCIe connectors are on 12V3 and 12V4.
