GPU Voltage, VRM Configuration
GPU Chip Voltage Controller

GPU voltage is a two-phase design managed by a Monolithic Power Systems M2940 controller.

Monolithic MP86956 DrMOS components are used for GPU voltage; they are rated for 70 A of current each.

Memory Voltage, VRM Configuration
Memory Chip Voltage Controller

Memory voltage uses a single-phase design and is generated by a 7212 controller.

For memory, Sinopower SM4507NHKP MOSFETs with a 60 A rating are used.

Graphics Card Memory Chips

The GDDR6 memory chips are made by Samsung and carry the model number K4ZAF325BM-HC16. They are specified to run at 2000 MHz (16 Gbps GDDR6 effective).

Graphics Chip GPU

Intel's ACM-G11 graphics processor is the company's 2nd smallest chip using the Arc Alchemist architecture. It is produced on a 6 nanometer process at TSMC Taiwan with a die size of 157 mm² and packs 7.2 billion transistors. The Intel S-Spec number is SRLFZ.
