I was in two minds about whether I should use the Monolith or Monoprice logo on the first page, but went with the latter given that is the actual company. Monolith, on the other hand, is a Monoprice product category developed to be the "best value in high end audio." As seen here, it consists of many product lines. The Monolith M-TWE, or MP41500 for the model name, is the first wireless or TWS set of Monolith in-ear earphones. It ships in a predominantly black box inside a plastic wrap with a hang tag and the Monolith logo, product name, and SoundID logo on front. The product name again appears on the back and sides, along with salient marketing features and certification and contact information. We now see that Monoprice is using a two-piece packaging with the inner box simply sliding off from the bottom.

Aha, this inner box held the hang tag all along. The design is similar and simpler, but still has the monolith logo on front and product name on the sides. Two single flaps on the side keep the contents inside in place, and opening the box, we see a foam lining as well as a thicker foam piece in the main compartment. This results in excellent protection, which begins with a cutout in the foam to allow the charging case to poke through. This foam piece ends up being thinner than I thought, and taking it off shows the other items that come with the Monolith M-TWE, with more foam in the middle.

All the way at the bottom is a plastic bag that contains the user manual (online copy here) which has 16 thick pages going over the product setup, pairing, and onboard controls, in addition to a reminder to use SoundID on phones. There are two cardboard boxes on either side of the charging case, both of which are marked to indicate what is inside. The first one has a folded carry pouch, which is surprising for TWS earphones. It is effectively a drawstring bag large enough to fit all you need and also contains the USB Type-A to Type-C charging cable to charge the case.

The final set of accessories is a complement of replacement ear tips, and Monoprice includes silicone ear tips in sizes XS/S/L/XL, so the size M tips presumably come pre-installed on the ear buds themselves. The ear tips are adequate, with interesting base support and average bore size, and they are longer than you would think based on these photos since both the nozzle and the outer flap are long.
