Mountain DisplayPad: Packaging and Accessories

Making sure the brand's design philosophy uniformly extends over all packaging design, we see the product box for the Mountain DisplayPad adopt a similar scheme as on the MacroPad with its black and blue color scheme. Here too we see a color render of the unit on the front, along with the company logo, product name, and the salient feature called out. More marketing features are listed on the back in multiple languages and here too we get a contents list and product specs on the side of this outer sleeve. Slide off the inner black box to get another view of the Mountain logo and slogan and then lift open the box to access the contents inside.

Once again there is paperwork in the form of a quick start guide, as well as Mountain-branded stickers found on the underside of the lid. The other contents come packed in a thick foam sheet all around for protection during transit whereby we see Mountain includes here the DisplayPad with a plastic cover over the individual keys, the expected base, and another detachable USB Type-C to Type-A cable.

To no surprise (hopefully), this unboxing section is wrapped up by a confirmation that the same exact base as provided with the Mountain MacroPad is seen here with the DisplayPad too, in all its black and blue glory.
