Board Software
Included with the motherboard is a USB flash drive that contains drivers and software for the motherboard. Some folks may remember first it was a floppy disk for many years, then CD and lastly DVD discs. Now that disc drives are phased out of most computers, USB flash drives are now the best way to offer driver support without access to the internet.
My only problem with this is, just as with Gigabyte software installation, Norton Internet Security software Is automatically checked, so it will install with all the other applications if you are not paying attention. Computer security is great, but if users are unaware that it is being installed because it's hidden in the bottom of the list, that can be considered undesirable bloatware.
Long-time MSI users will remember the MSI Dragon Center app. It has been replaced with a cleaner GUI called MSI Center. It is a one-stop hub for all related MSI software. Because of its modular design, you can install only the software you want. While it does the job well, I would like to see better descriptions of each module to avoid installing unwanted bloatware.
