Battery Life and Power Consumption
With the power cable removed, the MSI GP76 Leopard runs the onboard NVIDIA GPU at reduced clocks in order to save on battery power, or even disables it completely. This extends battery life at the expense of performance, and the MSI Pulse GL66 does this very well. As you can see by the numbers above, battery life is quite good for daily tasks and exceptional when it comes to gaming.
Once free of its wires, the battery on the MSI Pulse GL66 Leopard shows to be of great value; at 90 Wh, we get over an hour of gaming unplugged from the wall, while it takes about 83 minutes to fully charge from 5%.
