Board Software


MSI's Command Center is the tool to use to control hardware-based features like voltages and clockspeeds, or things like fan controls or hardware monitoring. When you want to update your utilities for the board, or drivers, or the BIOS, LIVE Update 6 will make sure you have the latest and even install them for you.


The MSI GAMING APP has been updated as well and is how you get to the controls for the built-in RGB lighting. The lighting is broken up into different areas, so you can customize the color and such of each section independently.


There are MSI-branded versions of Intel's XTU software and the popular utility CPU-Z.



Nahamic is software to control audio stuff, and you need the SuperCharger software to enable the USB ports' fast-charge modes.


The USB SPEED UP Tools will help you get the most performance out of those USB ports.


MSI's Dragon Eye software lets you watch videos from YouTube or Twitch while playing a game (provided the game you are playing is supported), and what the MSI RamDisk software does is pretty self-explanatory. :P


There's some software-based controls for optimizing the LAN functions as well as WTFast, which provides a private network for some gaming applications with the intent of reducing latency for those games and claims of making playing with users in a different country like they were in the same global region.
