Packaging

The box that permits the Z77 MPower board to arrive on your steps safe and intact is one of the flashiest boxes I have ever seen. The front is actually a highly reflective surface, and the "explosion" on the front is yellow in color, but the angled light in my photo gives the box a different appearance. The rear of the box is much more simple, but gets straight to the point with a large "OC Certified" logo on the upper left.

There is also a flap on the front of the box that hides an area showing what features the board has, as well as a few little "closer look" images that show off these features.

Upon opening the box, I found all the goodies loosely secured on top of a brown cardboard divider that separates them from the board below, which is wrapped in an anti-static bag.

Contents

There's not a lot in the way of accessories, but there's definitely more than enough here to get you started. A full list is below:
  • 1x I/O Shield
  • 1x User Manual
  • 1x Software and Application Guide
  • 1x Quick Install guide
  • 1x Extended SLI Bridge
  • 1x Quick Case Connect Kit
  • 1x WiFi Antenna
  • 1x Driver CD
  • 4x SATA 6 Gb/s cables with locking pins
  • 4x V-Measure Cables
  • 1x Certificate of Quality and Stability

I thought I'd take a moment here and highlight the Certificate that I found in the box with the MSI Big Bang Z77 MPower. It has a list of the Miltary Class III components, the tests they have passed, and a listing of the testing facility, but not much else.
