To test these modules I first set them to stock settings, and then ran the benchmarks/tests. Then for further overclocking, I set the voltage to the maximum recommended which was 2.3v then I tried to see how far I could overclock from stock. When I hit a limit I brought down the voltage and changed some timings. I gathered together some of the best results I was able to obtain, one of which was a sweet run at DDR2-1000, that's a 33% overclock. We also took the multiplier down to 14, so we didn’t encounter any CPU problems. These tests were run in a closed case environment where the CPU was at an average temperature of 45°C.
For further comparison, the test "JEDEC DDR2-400" shows a generic DDR module running at JEDEC standard timings.

These modules are great for overclocking, with a maximum overclock of DDR2-1000 it produces a 33% overclock out of stock. When you keep the timings at 3-3-3 you can reach a sweet DDR740. Increasing the memory speed to 1000 MHz increases performance a lot.
