Similar to the Intel platform, all supporting voltages were adjusted to get an Infinity Fabric frequency of 2000 MHz stable in Windows. This allowed the memory to run in a 1:1 Ratio. However, Gear Down Mode was enabled, which increases latency. Only even numbered CAS values will be accepted when this mode is enabled. Depending on the AMD motherboard, Gear Ratio memory naming convention will not exist, instead it will be referred to as Infinity Fabric Ratio. For all intents and purposes, consider them as the same concept for AMD and Intel.
