Initial Setup

Taking a quick look at the memory installed in the Intel test system, we can get an idea of what to expect aesthetics wise. There are no RGB elements to speak of and the Neo Forza branding is only on the side of the DIMMs. This leaves little to talk about, so let's move on to the benchmarks.

Enabling EXPO / XMP Profile

The Neo Forza MK5 DDR5-6000 memory kit had no stability issues during the main testing phase. However, there are a few things to consider. Because this is a non-binary memory kit, for the entire available memory to be recognized, the motherboard BIOS will need to be updated, as a majority of Intel (B660/B670/Z690/Z790) and AMD (A620/B650/X670) motherboards currently available were released before non-binary memory entered the market. Using this memory kit on a non-supported system will result in a Windows BSOD or the wrong amount of available memory being allocated. Moreover, due to dual-rank DDR5 memory not being well supported at higher memory frequencies by both AMD and Intel, it is ideal to follow the guidelines set by the motherboard manufacturer QVL lists for best chances of success.
