NZXT is known for being uncompromising on the overall design and engineering of their cases, while making sure it still retains well-thought-out, functional features. In fact, I think the H700i bests the H500i in that department ever so slightly. The enclosure's sleek design and material mix make up for the fact that you may have to look closer at first before you come to the clear conclusion that the price tag not only gets you that but plenty more.

From the unique cable trenches to four pre-installed retail-grade fans, the built-in smart device, and cable cover: everything comes together with the metal shroud to allow you to install not only big air coolers but also opt for two 360 mm radiators instead without compromising expandability or having to sacrifice more than a single hard-drive spot. Even so, that is only the case if you put a thick radiator in the front of the H700i.

Add the fact that you get two RGB LED strips—one of which comes pre-installed beautifully and ready to go—the ability to control them, and the equally nicely connected fans with NZXT's CAM software and it further underlines what makes the case great. But NZXT hasn't stopped there by making all these bits and pieces work together so well as to result in a beautifully clean interior when assembled, and the cherry on top is certainly the fact that you can get the case in so many different color variants, as well as cool special editions.
