Introduction

While open-source firmware such as QMK is somewhat common for keyboards, it is a rather rare sight for mice. The Ploopy Mouse is one of those rare exceptions, running on an open-source QMK firmware fully compatible with VIA. While conceived primarily for productivity work, PixArt's PMW3360 capable of 12,000 CPI enables one to use it for gaming as well. Furthermore, the Ploopy Mouse features a large, right-handed ergonomic shape with eight buttons in total, all of which are customizable to one's liking through QMK. Being 3D-printed, every Ploopy Mouse is individually assembled by hand, which allows one to freely pick and mix from among five different colors for top and body.

The Ploopy Mouse doesn't come with regular packaging; rather, just the mouse and a USB Type-C to Type-A cable (if ordered) are in whatever box has been used for shipping.
