We used the latest public Steam release version of Prey (not a press pre-release). The tested version includes the day 1 patch.
Graphics Memory Usage
Using a GTX 1080 Ti, which has 11 GB of VRAM, we tested the game's memory usage.
The numbers are surprisingly low for 2017, but that means nearly every card will work fine, no matter how much VRAM it has. What's also surprising is that the memory requirements don't climb too much when dialing up the rendering resolution.
