There's very little differentiating the RCA Evolution M27PG135F from many other modern gaming monitors, such as the recently reviewed KTC H27T22, which is obviously built around the same OEM design. That in itself is by no means a bad thing. From the top and sides, the 27-inch panel is flanked by thin bezels, measuring only 9 millimeters. The bottom bezel is twice as thick but still doesn't stand out in any way. It has a centrally positioned RCA logo, and a small blue power LED, which unfortunately cannot be deactivated. The panel is of course flat, which is to be expected, as adding curvature to a 27-inch monitor yields no practical benefits.
On the rear, the RCA Evolution M27PG135F looks like a gaming monitor, too. Its plastic back is decorated with aggressive etched stripes, and a wide W-shaped cutout, with an RGB LED strip integrated on both sides of the "W." The LED strips can be deactivated, and it makes sense to do so because for most users they won't add anything useful; they can't be seen when the monitor is being used, and they're not bright enough to illuminate the wall behind the monitor. Their color or effects can't be adjusted, so you're stuck with an endlessly alternating color scheme.
The metal V-shaped base is very stable. It takes up a reasonable amount of space on the table surface: 47 centimeters from left to right, and around 28 centimeters from front to back. As already mentioned, it connects to the stand with three screws.
The plastic stand has a hole for cable management. The frontal visibility of the hole depends on the adjusted height of the panel, but RCA placed it well; the cables will be visible only if you prop the monitor all the way up, which most users won't find necessary. The bottom of the stand is decorated with a plastic red ring, giving the RCA Evolution M27PG135F a slightly more aggressive, gaming aesthetic.
You can easily detach the base and the stand from the panel and place the panel on any regular VESA 100x100 table or wall mount.
The panel can be tilted from -10 to +5°, which is a fairly limited range of movement.
Swiveling the panel by ±30° is also supported.
The total height adjustment range of the panel is 9 centimeters (3.54 in). When pushed down, the distance from the table surface to the edge of the bottom bezel is 7.5 centimeters (2.95 in).
The panel can be pivoted by 90° in either direction.
