A Closer Look

The Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith RGB sticks feature a rectangular design.

The memory sticks have a stamped aluminium heat spreader.

The heat spreader has a nice brushed finish and "XPOWER" in the center of each side.

The specifications are a 3600 MHz XMP profile at 18-22-22-42 timings and 1.35 V, ideal for a Ryzen-based system.

This Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith RGB 3600 MHz is double sided and utilizes Hynix CJR ICs on an 8-layer PCB.

I like to weigh a stick from each kit I get as the difference in mass can be pretty drastic between kits. Mass is not the best indicator of cooling efficiency because material can matter, and of course, heat dissipation is reliant on surface area, not volume or mass. That said, it is still interesting to compare.

The Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith RGB comes in at 40.64 g on my scale. For height, the Silicon Power XPOWER Zenith RGB 3600 MHz comes in at 38.60 mm with my calipers, offering great cooler clearance.
