Exterior
This thing is enormous because it can hold twelve disks and uses an internal 500 W power supply. The drive trays take up most of the real estate at the front. At the top of the front are the power button and LED indicators. It is a great shame that there isn't a USB port here.
The power label. As expected, the server's power supply supports a wide voltage input range.
All I/O ports are on this side.
The NAS came with four Ironwolf disks, but there are eight more trays that need to be filled.
The trays are made out of plastic, and although they feature locks, I would prefer them to be out of metal for better protection. Another problem is the lack of sound-dampening material, which can lead to annoying vibrations.
