In a dystopian future where mankind's denial of climate change and the exploitation of resources have run its course, humanity is pushed to the brink of extinction. A large corporation makes a desperate bid to restore the environment by terraforming it with nanites. These nanites develop a sentience, go rogue, and almost wipe out the human race. The futuristic action RPG sets up breathtaking environments and epic battles between the protagonist and machine monsters.

Based on the Fledge engine by Deck13, The Surge 2 takes advantage of Vulkan and can be heavily taxing on your machine.
