Spire Announces DualStar CPU Cooler

The Spire DualStar is a Universal applicable Socket 775, Socket AM2 and upcoming Socket 1156 Heat-Pipe CPU Cooler.

The DualStar, part# SP680S1 is constructed with a large copper base plate, aluminum stacked fins and two (2) 8mm copper Heat-Pipes. Ready to cool the latest Intel Core 2 Extreme and AMD Phenom X3 Micro-processors. Transferring up to 135 watts of heat safely away from your computers critical, heat-sensitive components. Designed for Mainstream and PC Enthusiasts alike this cooler is a great performer and build to last.
Screw clipping mechanism ensures safe and solid retention, the DualStar is supplied with Multi-language installation manual and S-420 Thermal grease.

I see socket 775 and socket 1156, but no 1366. Does this mean that 775 coolers will be compatable with 1156?

Nope. The coolers I've seem before with S775 and S1156 support have had movable mounts. Those S1156 mounting holes should be further apart than S775, but closer than S1366. IMO this is just S1156/AM2/3 cooler, as it has one backplate with fixed holes.
