Just tilt your head a little bit to the right ... yep, perfect.

It looks single slot for me. Maybe a little bit taller, but not close to dual slot.

Probably lot of unsold GPUs, or just made more of it just like 5770 did, but can't rebrand.

I don't see the problem with letting the engineers have some fun while getting rid of their existing stock. And if price is right it can be a good budget performer.

From the OP

Fifth from the bottom says it's single slot, so this wouldn't be a bad physx card if and only if its cheap.

At least the exhaust points in the right direction- remove a PCI slot cover and the heat will move out of the case.

Neat toy. It would be awesome if a green version of the GTX550 was released.

S.D. was great the last two days, did the Midway and S-W. Fun!

Last year’s Spec’... more like specifications and performance from like when you joined the fourms... November 2009!

With DDR3 @ 1333Mhz (effective?) its’ lost significantly more than half its’ memory bandwidth… but remember that’s “without sacrificing any GPU features”. That’s clever marketing speak to cover up the fact they castrated the core clock by like 23%, so now it performs more like the GT240 DDR5 could provide; although, at least it still significantly outclasses the GT440 (but then that not saying anything).

When 5670 with DDR3 are what like $40, DDR5 like $60 here state-side (-AR) this better have one heck of a price break. Right today I wouldn’t implore anyone to purchase genuine reference GTS450 for anymore than like $70 –AR$20. So, it might be a nice card for $50 or less.
