Acer Debuts the Aspire U5 Series and Z3 Series All-In-One PCs

Acer today unveiled two new all-in-one (AIO) desktop PCs with 23-inch Full HD IPS displays, delivering vibrant and clear wide angle viewing. The new AIOs include the Acer Aspire U5-620 for consumers desiring a premium PC to serve as the home's digital entertainment hub and the Aspire Z3-615 for budget-minded buyers wanting a mainstream PC for the entire family to enjoy.

The Acer Aspire U5-620 is equipped with advanced video and audio communication features certified by Skype. It is ideally suited for users seeking a device that can host the highest-quality web video chats, while also sporting a modern and slender form factor.
Skype without boundaries
The Skype certified Aspire U5-620 brings together a host of advanced video and audio communication features that help make web video chats with friends, family and others more life-like. It does this with its front-facing dual array microphone powered by Acer Purified. Voice and front-facing hi-fi speakers that make web chat conversations clean and clear. The 1080p webcam also helps enhance the web video chat experience by showing clearer images with more details and also has a wide field of view that accommodates more into the video frame, making web video communications more dynamic and engaging.

Offering a 4th generation Intel Core processor and optional NVIDIA GeForce graphics, it provides plenty of power for high-quality multimedia fun. It also delivers crystal-clear cinematic sound through its front-facing speakers and Dolby Digital Plus Home Theater. It comes with Windows 8.1 pre-installed.

The Aspire Z3-615 sports many features that offer users great usability. The ergonomic display can be adjusted from -5 to 25 degrees, and can be effortlessly repositioned from the nearest point to the user with just one hand, easy enough for everyone in the family. It offers vibrant views from wide angles with its Full HD (1920 x 1080) IPS display with Acer CineBoost Color Engine. Pricing and availability
The Acer Aspire U5-620 will be available in Pan America in late June with prices starting at US$999; and in Europe, Middle East and Africa at the end of May with prices starting at €899.

The Acer Aspire Z3-615 will be available in Pan America and China in late June with prices starting at $599.99 and RMB 4,499 respectively; in Europe, Middle East and Africa at the end of May with prices starting at €699.
