Cooler Master Designs PSU that Talks Directly with Your Smartphone

In a bid to take on Corsair's AXi and HXi line of PSUs that can interface with your PC over USB, letting you monitor and manage some of their specs over Corsair Link software, Cooler Master is giving final touches to its own line of high-end smart PSUs, beginning with the Digital 1200. Cooler Master's unique selling point here is Bluetooth direct access. The PSU is outfitted with a WLAN module of its own, letting your smartphone or tablet access it over Bluetooth. Cooler Master will have PSU monitoring and configuration apps on Google Play and the App Store. The app lets you monitor power consumption, efficiency, and temperatures, and tweak PSU fan speeds on the fly. The Digital 1200, as its name suggests, is a 1200-Watt PSU that boasts of 80 Plus Titanium efficiency. It features fully modular cabling, with enough wiring to drive gaming PC builds with 2 to 3 graphics cards in multi-GPU configurations. This PSU's most obvious advantage over Corsair Link, is its lack of dependency on your OS, and stability of your system.
