Nintendo Wii will be available in the UK tomorrow

At exactly 12:00AM December 8th, stores will open their doors to customers seeking the Nintendo Wii. The Wii has been massively successful so far, selling out very quickly in Japan. Nintendo hopes to sell four million consoles before the year ends.

no, and they probably wont sell out either, we never get them crazy rushes like u.s. or japan, were too boring!

Yes, stores did open in the middle of the night and they are expected to sell out... without a pre-order they're going to be hard to get your hands on. I even did have a pre-order and still didn't get one - apparently Nintendo didn't ship as many as they said they would.

as expected my local comet still had these in stock at 4.30 pm, guess i just live in a poor area (thanet, kent) my mate got a ps2 here 3 days after they came out, when it was even on news back then how everywhere was sold out within hours
