Nice mouse as well.
Edit: Or could it be running on a couple of AAA batteries? :D
That x360 looks like something I could use at work. It's not as scary as it looks. I recently had a 12.5" Samsung laptop with similar design, and all it took is ~4-5min to disassemble the bottom housing, blow the dust out and replace a failed HDD. Battery was very similar to Nexus 7 cell, but x4-x5 bigger. Even the clip-on connector was very much alike. That's exactly my concern. There are a few similar Acer laptops based on i5-5xxxU that throttle due to horrible cooling: my co-worker bought a V Nitro against my advice, which is impossible to use on a lap because its exhaust and intake are almost in the same spot, though it has a dual-fan HSF.
Nuff said
In my opinion the Samsung 9 series beats them in looks still.
Edit: Had a look around and I can't find any. Unless you count Windows tablets to be laptoås.
I would not touch it with a pole never mind buy it, it's nice but looks are the last thing i buy some thing for.
There is only one laptop that's thinner than HP's new
EnvySpectre lineup: it's a Toshiba Kirabook (9.8mm), but I haven't really heard or saw this device until googling "Thinnest ultrabook" few minutes ago.
There are some ARM-powered 12-14" netbooks and convertibles with similar thickness, but those don't really count.
Also I dug up this:
www.macrumors.com/2016/04/07/hp-innovation-apple-worlds-thinnest-laptop/
According to this news article HP used some new ultra-thin dual fan cooling system with copper heatpipes, which sounds like enough for 25W Skylake chips.
the 15.6" is 17.95mm thick.
The only thin laptop is the Spectre, typical marketing is fooling people with smoke and mirrors by associating the Envy with the new thin Spectre.
