Will It Blend? That is the question Tom Dickson asks with all sorts of Christmas toys

As a promotion for the Total Blender, Blendtec is showing off what this blender can do. Tom Dickson, the host of "Will It Blend?", shows everyone what the Total Blender can handle in terms of blending. He starts off with "try this at home" items such as coffee grounds, and then moves on to the much more entertaining "don't try this at home" items such as golf balls, pens, fish, hockey pucks, Barbies, toy cars, and iPods. The only thing that the Total Blender has not handled yet is a crowbar, but that does not stop Will It Blend from being a very entertaining toy-destroying extravaganza.

i read somewhere it uses a 35 amp electric lawn mower motor or something of the sort. I'd love to see it blend a guitar or a digital camera, or a handful of compact flash cards or something. hahaha.. maybe an old hard drive!!!

Blending a bunch of Geforce will be cooler.
Or blend a bunch of dead Core 2 Duo will be nice.

I wish I had a geforce smoothy. I'd melt it down and build the perfect AGP version of something 30x more powerful than a G80 :)

They are not 35 amps and certainly not electric lawn mower motors. 15 & 20 amp models. They can't expect homeowners to run 35amp lines just for a blender on their countertop. Usually those are designated for ranges/refrigerators/dryers etc. Even the commercial lines are 15 & 20.

15amps can supply 1800w.

I picked one up a while back - the total blender. And it rocks!
