well... so the case but needed more photos to decide and comment,
it looks quite small for being a full tower, on the photos, but putting some attention to this:

Seems to be actully great space inside... nice window, i really like to see more pics from this one with a build inside!

NICE 1/2 Corsair AIR 540, well ... i originally ranted on how Corsair did a vertical HAF XB (but using a different layout and design), but this time it's a real... shame ... altho the price is 1/2 too ... (almost ) split the 540 in 2 re-use the grill and general look and ... well ...

seriously ...

corsair model is the original ... SPIRE just ripped of the design to do a 1/2 version, not calling that thing the X2 model and the 540 the Corsair model  (totally not the same case, and probably not the same quality also ... one thing i reckon to Corsair is their case quality )

although by "shame" i meant the lack of R&D behind the Rindja and the apparent copy of the design of a case that is here since quite a while now

They didnt do any R&D. This is a case that has been on the chinese market for about a year or more now. Or maybe the chinese just managed to copy it in the future and then later copied designs for a time machine and went back in time to release their copy before this one was released.

Who cares about the Chinese market?
You order a chassis and what you'll receive is two bricks and a mismatched pair of counterfeit Nike Air.

If you're an idiot or don't use common sense, that probably will happen.

Yup, "probably"...why take the chance?

I'll ignore the fact that you just called me an idiot, in a rather roundabout way, and address the issue.

How will you return an item from a Chinese website, how will you make a complaint about receiving a shitty copy, how will you get your money back from a defective product? (good luck?)

I return items, complain about the quality, and get my money back for items quite often from chinese websites.
  • Stick with the main websites that have a good reputation.
  • If you don't know which ones those are, you can use google (unless you are in China, in which case you can just ask someone on the street).
  • If you buy from a 3rd party seller, check the feedback. You'll get screwed on Ebay just as much as you will on Taobao if you don't use common sense.

Where are you doing this from? Europe or Asia?
(and who the hell buys electronics on eBay?)

bitfenix, phantek, fractal and a couple of others do quality at all prices. corsair it's only the top tier.

then we don't have the same case ... because neither the metal frame or the plastic feel or is thin nor cheap.
although even if it would be as you wrote it, i got it for 68$ + 15$ shipping ... i can't complain ahah (since my only complain with Corsair is their pricing)
(nope no bubble bursted :p )

i had numerous case from bitfenix and fractal... build quality is nice price is average (overpriced sometime) for the cheaper model? cheap and thin indeed (aka the metal did bend a way lot more than the 540, and other numerous opposite side panel not rigide at all side window plexi flexing like mad etc etc etc )
Phantek? their cases seems nice but for what i've seen from them, not worth the price asked.
(the 540 is in the top tier just as the 760D and other )

idk mine feels thin and flimsy :s

i like the design a lot, but every time i have it open it bends and creaks and i feel i need to be delicate with it. none the r4, shinobi, even the cheapie neo or any of the phantecs i have played with have felt this much like every piece was built to the cheapest spec possible.

had i paid retail i would of been very upset, mine cost me £50 and £20 shipping instead of the 120 tag it had at the time. my mate has a white one and his feels much the same :/

great design imo and tbh i am kinda shocked it has taken so long for another case manf to rip it off :D

i so hope these guys do a deeper version, i might buy it to compare :D

They feel cheap and are cheap. Same thing with the smaller Air 240, both @sneekypeet and myself have rattle issues with ours.
