Nice MSRP for that VEGA64.... I guess we'll never see $499 again

I guess we'll never see these cards without the stupidly noisy blower fan, either.

AMD needs to separate thier mining and gaming into two different GPU’s. Mining is ruining the market for gamers because they will make back thier money and gamers won’t. AMD dosent even see this markup money from MSRP anyway and they will sell so much more if it were fairly priced at $499.

There's a blower fan cause there's no point of going air anyway. LC is the only reasonable solution for this card.

There is nothing stopping you doing a little mining to help you make your money back (assuming your electricity cost is lower than the reward and you don't have to sit in the heat when not gaming).

I mine when I am not gaming and so far, have paid for two high-end cards and lowered my heating bill ...

@Hood the blower is not that bad compared to a lot of other/older cards. It's tolerable at ~2400rpm and I am a "silence freak". Noise annoyance is as much about the tone/variance and frequency as about the loudness and the V64 blower has more of a smooth air-flow noise than some of the horrible whining from other ones.

My AC 64 is actually less annoying than my RX480 Nitro+ OC with its dual fans.

@chaosmassive I wonder will we see a new UEFI revision on their cards ...
