ZOTAC Launching at Least Two RTX 2060 Models

The folks over at HD Tecnología have managed to snag some renders of ZOTAC-s upcoming renditions of the RTX 2060 graphics card, which has been getting more and more significant in the rumor mill as its release date (for now thought to be around January 15th) approaches. For now, two models seem to be planned: the AMP and Twin Fan models.

Both models feature the same cooler design, with angular, jet-like contours and a non-explosive gray and silver color scheme. The power connectors seem to be of the 8-pin type, and the design is being compared with that of the RTX 2070 Mini, also from ZOTAC - which it is. And that should mean similar dimensions and, likely, the same output connectors - 1x dual-link DVI-D connector on card, 3x DisplayPort and 1x HDMI, with an MIA VirtualLink port.

Pretty cool shroud, I gotta say. Too bad there's a 2060 underneath.

RTX 2070 costs that much so really much doubt that. But expensive it will be nonetheless.

Too bad there’s no other decent gpu manufacturer. Maybe intel will be competitive.

I'm guessing an MSRP of $349.99 to leave room to squeeze in a 2060 Ti at a later date, if needed.

So is the better option to get a hotter running lower performing gpu from the other camp?

Holy Shiite batman, now they've done it, this will NOT end well.....then end is near....get ready for the apocalypse...

Why you may ask ?

Cause they have now, finally, made a PC component WITHOUT any FRIGGING RGB...

The pain, OH the pain...what shall we do now....

In case you're wondering, yes, I am being sarcastic..

I have non-rgb zotac 1060's in 2 of my rigs, and they work just fine without any bling whatsoeva....

There is RX 590 and Vega 56 against the RX 2060, so who the heck cares? :)

So you forget that AMD is cheaper and is better compared to their NV counterpart up until the GTX 1070? It's not important, I know... :D

The 590 cost almost as much as a 1070. So that certainly isn't better. It did finally show consistently better performance than a 1060 though and does so while consuming the power of a 1080ti.

The 1060 is a phenomenal card for a budget 1080P build and has outpaced the 570/580 for best value card depending on who has what on sale.

If I had money, this would probably be the card I would replace my 1070 with. But since I do not, who wants to buy me one? ;)
