Here are some of the first marketing pictures of the PowerColor Radeon RX 6900 XT Liquid Devil, the company's flagship graphics card targeted at PC enthusiasts with DIY liquid-cooling setups. The company
had teased this card in mid-January, but is yet to formally launch it. The card combines a juiced up variant of the RX 6900 XT Red Devil PCB with a full-coverage water-block supplied by EK Water Blocks. This block is derived from EK's QuantumVector RX 6000 family, and features nickel-plated copper as its main material, paired with an acrylic top that's studded with addressable-RGB LEDs. The card is expected to come with slightly higher clock speeds than the air-cooled Red Devil Limited Edition. The package also includes a PowerColor-exclusive set of coolant dyes.

I've seen custom single slot brackets on Ali for RTX30xx cards and it totally makes sense.
I have EK Quantum Vector block for 6800XT reference and it comes with single slot bracket:
