This Week in Gaming (Week 29)

If the weather outside is a bit too hot to handle, maybe a gaming session indoors is more your thing, although this week's releases don't have any big headline titles, there might still be something there for you. We've got a decent mix as most weeks, with everything from burglaring and creepy neighbourhoods to top-down co-op shooters and horror puzzle.

The Break-In / Monday 17 July
Steal everything. Even the people. The Break-In lets you take whatever you want, from TVs to fridges to toilets. And all in 1-4 player co-op, VR and non VR. Select your getaway vehicle, anything from a bicycle to a stolen police van, and load up with gear like hammers and rocket boosters, and steal.
My Friendly Neighborhood / Tuesday 18 July
Something scary is happening with everyone's favorite Saturday morning puppet show, The Friendly Neighborhood! Play as Gordon, a repairman sent to get to the bottom of this disturbing dilemma. Fend off puppets and solve puzzles in this survival horror adventure.
Blackout Protocol / Wednesday 19 July
Blackout Protocol is a top-down co-op shooter with persistent roguelite elements. Team up with 2 friends to delve into the depths of a top-secret research facility overrun with otherworldly horrors. Arm up, shed some light, and take back control...or die trying, again and again.
Unholy / Thursday 20 July
Open the doors between your everyday reality and a dark unholy world to unveil the mystery of the disappearance of your child. Explore both worlds to find clues, solve puzzles, decide whether you infiltrate or fight brutal enemies and stand up to an aberrant establishment.
Crime O'Clock / Friday 21 July
Crime O'Clock is an investigation and time exploration game with a deep storyline. Investigate cases through time and evolving maps by unveiling a multi-eras linked story. Will you be observant enough to solve the mysteries? Crime waits for no man!

L'Eliminateur
Crime o clock sounds like the most interesting, it's absolutely not for me at all but it seems the only "original"/"interesting" one of the bunch

Just played the demo and it's a very nice HOPA. The monochrome drawings are really well done and include references to pop culture.

Ummm...how about a 'bullet to the head' for getting caught in a crime by the owner?
