HYTE Revolt 3 Powers the New MAINGEAR Revolt Series of SFF Gaming PCs

HYTE, the PC components, peripherals, and lifestyle brand of iBUYPOWER, is thrilled to announce its new collaboration with MAINGEAR, a leader in premium-quality, high-performance gaming PCs. MAINGEAR has selected the ultra-popular HYTE Revolt 3 Mini-ITX PC case as the housing for its brand-new Revolt Series of small-form-factor gaming PCs.

Revolt 3 is packed with advanced features while maintaining a compact 18.4L vertical footprint, providing a space saving solution for users with limited desktop real estate without compromising on component compatibility. MAINGEAR uses these advantages to deliver a new standard for constrained spaces with the Revolt series gaming PCs, which can be transported conveniently thanks to the integrated handle.
"Collaborating with MAINGEAR to drop Revolt Series gaming PCs reinforces both companies' commitments to elevating the PC gaming community by providing gamers a powerful variety of space-saving gaming PCs that check all gamers' boxes," said Jeffrey Cheng, Sr. Director of Sales and Marketing at HYTE. "We look forward to expanding this collaboration and dropping more PC series with MAINGEAR in the future."

Outstanding performance in stylish small-form-factor PC case
Choosing the HYTE Revolt 3, MAINGEAR was able to craft a very compact yet powerful gaming PC series as part of its MAINGEAR Drops program. The MAINGEAR Revolt series is available with a broad range of enthusiast-level components, delivering unparalleled performance with GPU options ranging from the new NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 up to the top-tier GeForce RTX 4090, paired with the 13th Gen Intel Core Processors from i5-13400F to i9-13900K. I think I have seen this case iteration before. Like, 20 times already.

Add to that, when they are these monolith designs, they are no longer small imo and kinda defeats the purpose of itx for me.

Of course you've seen this case design before, it's a two-year-old case.

And it's still just 41cm tall, which is shorter than any ATX midtower. But the main point of this form factor is that it has a small footprint on your desk. People often have much more vertical space to spare than horizontal space, and this design takes advantage of that. It is much easier to fit a Revolt 3 or H1 onto a compact desk than something like the Meshify 2.

Is this not conflicting with Phanteks who has Revolt series of PSU's?
When i read the headline i thought that maybe Maingear had collaborated with Phanteks but apparently not.

18 Liters. Can't be SSF with more than 10.

I have a 7800x3d + 7900xtx Sapphire Nitro+ into a 14,6L Meshliscious.... what should I do sir ? ;)

more seriously, I do agree with the comments above, the idea of those cases is to propose new arrangements of the components to reduce footprint on desks and visual impact.
After saying that, for people who are ok to put their tower under their desk then yeah it make no sense to invest time and money in this kind of solutions.
For my part I used to have a 1m tall tower with like 5 or more CD racks in the early 90s...but now I just do really like staring at my tiny setup everyday.
have a nice day all.
